The session will focus on the challenges of online gender violence, the experiences of the inter-American human rights system that are relevant to establish the States’ responsibility in those cases, the challenges that can be identified, the type of measures that must be taken to avoid repetition, and the presentation of some emblematic cases that are being prepared.
